Where Is My Order?!Updated 10 months ago

What a question! We know you're probably excited to get your product, and we hate to keep you waiting! Here's a guide to where your order is, and what to do if there's a delay!


I placed the order, but didn't get a tracking number: If you placed the order, but never got a tracking number, first make sure to check your email for your "Your Order Has Shipped" email! That email will have your tracking link included. This will normally get sent to you 1 business day after you placed your order! If it's been longer than a couple days, and you never received this email, please let our Customer Success team know ASAP! 


My Order Says "Shipped" But The Tracking Hasn't Moved: If the tracking shows no update for you, there's a chance that package went missing somewhere between our facility, and the USPS/UPS facility who picks it up! Give it a few days, as sometimes USPS/UPS forget to scan the package along the way, and an update will randomly be given after a few days of it seeming stuck! If it's been longer than a few days, let one of our Customer Success Coaches know, so we can help you get what you paid for!


My Order Is Just Taking Longer Than I Expected: Trust me, we know how important it is to not just order quality supplements, but to always have them on hand. Because of that, we strive to ship all orders in 1-2 business days after they've been ordered! Once we've done that, we trust USPS and UPS to get those to you in the fastest way possible. Most orders are delivered in under 7-8 days after you purchased. If your order has taken longer than that, and your tracking link hasn't given you a clear update, you know where to go: Our Customer Success team!


I Haven't Gotten Any Information On My Order, But Was Charged: This is a very serious problem to us, and we don't want anyone fearing if they're going to get what they paid for. There are a few things that could've caused this: First, a typo in the email you used to order, will result in you not getting any email updates for your order. This is the most common issue we run into with these situations. Other issues, liks rare system errors or invalid shipping addresses, could also be the case! For these issues, make sure to let our Customer Success team know as soon as possible, so you can rest assured that you'll be getting your Gains!
